Packing Tips

• Fill boxes to capacity. Partially full or bulging boxes may collapse or tip over while stored.

Q: What are your rates?
A: $40-$135, depending on the size you choose.

Q: What size units do you have?
A: We have 8 different unit sizes. We range from 5 x 5 to 10 x 30 sizes. Please let our professional consultants guide you to the best size for you.

Q: Do you have security?
A: Our facility is completely fenced and gated. We provide an access code for 24-hour entrance into the facility. We have surveillance cameras, with license plate close ups. There are managers on site.

Q: Do you have any move-in specials?
A: We do, we offer discount to seniors, military personnel and non-profit organizations. We offer daily specials, depending on the size unit you need.

Q: Does your facility have bugs?
A: Proactively, we have the property exterminated quarterly. At that time, we also spray inside all empty units. The insecticide we use is non toxic to animals and humans; we encourage our incoming tenants to put bug bait in their units when they move in.
